1. Current service

Today, visitors may read product information and original resources, submit a contact or early-access request, and submit a privacy request. Product demonstrations use fictional organizations and sample data. No account, product sandbox, connected agent, payment, download, installation, or subscription is available through this site.

2. Early-access requests

• A request is an expression of interest only.
• Selection depends on fit, capacity, technical readiness, risk, and availability.
• Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, a meeting, a launch date, a quoted price, or access.
• A pilot, if offered, will be governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, systems, data, permissions, security, fees, and termination.

3. Proposed product and prices

Descriptions of the product, integrations, actions, controls, and launch pricing are proposals under development. They may change, be limited, or not launch. Pricing is custom and subject to confirmation in a written proposal. Brainfish AI does not accept payment under these website terms.

4. Your submissions

You must provide information you are authorized to share and keep credentials, production data, trade secrets, regulated records, and sensitive personal data out of the public forms. You retain rights in your submission. You permit the operator to use it only to handle the request, assess fit, protect the site, and communicate as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable website use

• Do not attack, overload, probe, scrape at abusive volume, or bypass access controls.
• Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful material.
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent authority to act for a company.
• Security research must follow the Vulnerability Reporting page.

6. Intellectual property

Brainfish AI branding, site design, original articles, and site software are protected by applicable rights. These terms allow ordinary viewing and internal evaluation. They do not grant rights to copy the brand, republish the site, reverse engineer protected services, or imply endorsement. Third-party names remain the property of their owners.

7. No professional or operational advice

Website content and illustrative decisions are general product information, not legal, financial, safety, procurement, logistics, or other professional advice. Sample outcomes must not be used to operate a real business. Human reviewers remain responsible for real-world decisions.

8. Availability and warranties

The pre-release website is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a response time, an access decision, or a particular launch capability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no implied guarantee is made that the site is error-free or suitable for a particular operational use.

9. Operator facts and governing law

A verified operator legal name, address, and governing jurisdiction were not available when this site was prepared. No jurisdiction is inferred from the .cloud domain. Those facts are a launch dependency and must be added before commercial contracting. Any pilot agreement will identify the contracting party and applicable terms.
